Contact Thomas R. Alward

Mr. Alward focuses his practice in the area of debtor-creditor rights and bankruptcy, with a particular emphasis on representing banks and other financial institutions in loan workouts, commercial bankruptcy cases and troubled credit situations. Mr. Alward represents clients in the areas of creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, reorganization and insolvency. He regularly represents secured and unsecured creditors in out-of-court workouts and in bankruptcy proceedings involving all types of businesses and collateral.  Mr. Alward has documented numerous complex financial transactions including asset based loans. He has extensive experience in counseling lenders on loan structure and securing collateral.
