Susan Jill Rice’s practice is concentrated primarily in bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Ms. Rice represents secured lenders, creditors’ committees and other creditors in both consumer and business bankruptcy cases, defends parties in preference and avoidance actions and counsels business clients in pre-bankruptcy planning.
