Liz McNiff Liz joined our firm in 2003. Liz performs the following functions for our firm:  Banking, Billing, Trust Account, A/P, A/R, Payroll, Financial Forecasting, Policy & Procedures, 401(K) Administration, Health-Life-Business Insurance, Personnel Administration.
  Receptionists
Kimberly Flynn Kimberly joined our firm in 2003.  Kimberly is our Receptionist.  She also handles conference room and vehicle scheduling, new file opening, and works with Dawn Garrock on our Closed File System.
Virginia Schuler Virginia joined our firm in 2006 as a part-time  Receptionist. She also handles conference room and vehicle scheduling, and new file opening.

Dan Lopez Dan joined our firm in 2005.  Dan delivers documents, handles vehicle maintenance, and shops for and stocks office supplies.

Susan Bowers Susan joined our firm in 1997.  Susan provides legal assistance to Donald A. Brandt and Gary D. Popovits in the areas of business, corporate, civil litigation, banking, purchase/sale transactions, retail and commercial collections, real estate, and landlord-tenant.  Susan graduated from the American Institute of Paralegal Technology at Calvin College in 1982. 
Teresa Campbell Teresa joined our firm in 2008.  Teresa provides legal assistance to Thomas R. Alward and Susan Jill Rice in the areas of creditor bankruptcy representation and civil litigation. Teresa obtained an Associates Degree and a Word Processing Certificate from Glendale Community College in Glendale, AZ in 1986. 
Laura Derusha Laura joined our firm in 1998.  She provides legal assistance  to Edgar Roy in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, criminal law, real estate and zoning matters.  Laura obtained a Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement and Political Science from Mankato (Minnesota) State University in 1987. 
Lori LaBonte Lori joined our firm in 1999.  Lori provides legal assistance to Thomas R. Alward, Susan Jill Rice, and Gary D. Popovits in the areas of creditor bankruptcy representation and civil litigation.  Lori obtained an Associates Degree from Northwestern Michigan College in 1995. 
Dawn Garrock Dawn joined our firm in 1999.  Dawn provides legal assistance to Thomas Alward in the areas of civil litigation, business, corporate and banking matters.  Dawn is responsible for our Closed File System.
Beverly Wojciechowski Beverly joined our firm in 2000.  She provides legal assistance to John Grogan in the areas of civil  litigation, criminal law, and real estate matters.  Beverly graduated from the Pontiac Business School in 1963. 
Christine Welton

Christine joined our firm in 2001. She provides legal assistance in our Collections Department handling collections, claim and delivery, landlord/tenant, and credit account suits from inception through post-judgment collection. She also provides research and litigation support to the firm’s attorneys. Christine graduated with highest honors from Davenport University in 2000, earning her BAS in Business and Paralegal Studies . She is an active member of both the Legal Assistants Section of the State Bar of Michigan and the National Association of Legal Assistants.
Bonnie Szydlowski Bonnie joined our firm in 2001.  She provides legal assistance to Thomas Pezzetti in the areas of corporate, real estate, and banking matters.  Bonnie is also the firm's IT contact.  She provides support to the firm for computer installation, maintenance, networking, security, web design, spreadsheet design, graphics, program troubleshooting and  tech support. 
Pam Hubbell Pam joined our firm in 2001.  Pam provides legal assistance to James R. Modrall, III in the areas of estate planning and probate. 
Connie Mosher Connie joined our firm in 2002.  She provides legal assistance to Joseph Fisher in the areas of civil  litigation, criminal law, family law, and real estate matters.  Connie obtained an Associates Degree/Legal Assistant and an Associates Degree in Business from Lansing Community College in 1990. 
Suzie Ely Suzie joined our firm in 2002.  Suzie provides legal assistance to Donald A. Brandt and H. Douglas Shepherd specializing in creditor's rights, with an emphasis on foreclosures and landlord/tenant matters. 
April Riddell

April joined our firm in 2002.  She provides legal assistance to David Rowe and H. Douglas Shepherd in the areas of civil  litigation, criminal law, family law, banking, condominium and real estate matters.  April obtained an Associates Degree in Applied Science/Legal Assistant from Northwestern Michigan College in 2003.
Sarah Couturier Sarah joined our firm in 2003.  She provides legal assistance and legal research services to Joseph Fisher, Matt Vermetten, and Edgar Roy in the areas of family law, criminal defense and civil litigation.  Sarah obtained an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts in 1993 and an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences - Paralegal in 1995. 
Martha Fetters Martha joined our firm in 2005.  She provides legal assistance to Matt Vermetten in the areas of civil/commercial litigation, criminal defense, and family law, as well as retail and commercial collections.  Martha obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Michigan State University in 1980, a Paralegal Certification from the Institute for Paralegal Training in Philadelphia in 1981, and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Elementary Education from Grand Valley State University in 2001. 
Sadie Rearick Cartledge Sadie joined our firm in 2006. Sadie provides legal assistance to Thomas Alward, H. Douglas Shepherd, and Gary Popovits in the area of collections and litigation.  Sadie obtained an Associates Degree from Northwestern Michigan College in 1998.
