Estate Planning by James R. Modrall III
Things Change.  When was the last time you looked at your estate plan?
For most of our lives, we spend time thinking only about the aspects of daily life.
Our golf game, our kid’s soccer game, or whether we can afford that tropical
vacation. But, as years pass, it's time to focus on conserving our wealth and
ensuring our loved ones are taken care of in the long term. That includes
planning for long-term care if needed, as well as transfers of property at death
without payment of unnecessary taxes.

Estate planning is the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy to conserve your
assets in conjunction with transferring your estate to your intended beneficiaries. Proper estate planning
is a team effort involving your lawyer and other financial advisors. Brandt Fisher Alward & Roy has the
experience and resources to assist you in this most important undertaking.

JAMES R. MODRALL, III joins Brandt Fisher Alward & Roy, P.C. with a practice focused on estate
